Participation Guidelines

All Transformative Tides sessions—whether sound baths, coaching, poetic listening, or ceremonial sound—are held within clear agreements designed to support safety, consent, and respect.

These guidelines apply to all offerings and help create an environment where presence is supported and autonomy is honored.

CONSENT & AUTONOMY

Participation is voluntary and self-directed. You may choose silence, movement, rest, or withdrawal at any time. You are never required to speak, share, or explain yourself.

In group settings, you are welcome to arrive late, leave early, adjust your position, or step out of the room without explanation.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Private Sessions (Coaching & Poetic Listening):
What is shared in private sessions remains confidential within non-clinical boundaries. I will not disclose your identity or personal information without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Group Settings (Sound Baths & Ceremonial Sound):
Participants are asked to honor the privacy of others by not sharing identifying details or personal stories outside the session. Your presence and participation are your own to disclose or keep private.

RESPECTFUL ENGAGEMENT

We ask that all participants engage with kindness and respect for themselves and others.

In group settings:

  • Refrain from unsolicited advice, commentary, or interpretation of others' experiences

  • Allow space for quiet and stillness without filling it with conversation

  • Respect the facilitator's pacing and guidance

Behavior that disrupts the space, disrespects others, or violates consent will be addressed directly.

BOUNDARIES & CONFLICT

If a boundary is crossed or you feel uncomfortable, you are welcome to:

We address concerns with care and directness. Our goal is to restore safety and clarity, not to assign blame.
