Tuning into the
vibration of your being
Sound Baths
Are a gentle, non-invasive, non-doing activity, a meditative experience through resonant music, filling the space and your body with immersive sound to help you unwind, connect with your body's natural wisdom, and access deeper relaxation — all that is required is for you to listen. Every session is an opportunity to slow down, connect with our inner selves, and deepen our body awareness in the presence of others.
At Transformative Tides, our sound baths are anything but ordinary. I blend my expertise in somatic practices with my background in improvisation to intuitively respond to the unique needs of each session, creating a truly unique experience.
When it comes to events, I take the time to understand your goals, tailor to your needs—so that your sound journey feels personal and aligned with what you're seeking. I use high-quality crystal singing bowls tuned to 432Hz, setting a tranquil foundation for deep relaxation. Often, I weave in calming body practices like gentle stretching or guided meditation to help enhance your experience.
By staying up-to-date with evidence-based practices, I ensure that each sound bath supports your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, inviting you to fully engage and connect with the transformative power of sound.
