An offering of being with
and alongside
Somatic Body-oriented coaching
Somatic body-oriented coaching is a holistic practice that touches every part of who you are—your mind, emotions, senses, and actions. Rather than solely analyzing your past or relying on intellectual insights, this approach invites you to tune into your body’s signals. These sensations reveal hidden patterns and desires, guiding you toward deeper self-discovery and meaningful change. When you connect with your “felt sense,” you move from reactive survival mode to making choices that reflect your truest intentions, effectively rewiring your nervous system.
In essence, it’s about honoring your body as a living source of wisdom—one that empowers you to create an authentic, balanced, and fulfilling life.
My Approach
I honor each client as whole, resourceful, and already capable of growth. In our one-on-one sessions, you’ll find a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your inner world and discover what you truly desire. I integrate techniques such as movement, body scans, visualization, and other embodied practices to help you manage stress, navigate tough emotions, and release hidden patterns that hold you back.
My role is to provide a sacred space for your experience and to serve as a compassionate witness on your journey. I ask thoughtful questions and offer meaningful, body-oriented experiments to help you move toward your aspirations. This work isn’t about “fixing” you—because you are already whole—it’s about unlocking the wisdom within, feeling more alive, and expanding your capacity to be fully present with yourself.

My role is to walk alongside you as you rediscover your natural vitality and reconnect with the wisdom that already resides within.
If you’re ready to embrace a life that feels truly aligned with your authentic self, let’s begin this journey together.
Is This Work For You?
This journey is for those who feel a stirring deep within—a call to reconnect with the parts of themselves that are often overlooked. If you find yourself in any of these spaces, you may resonate with my approach:
High Achievers with Hidden Struggles: If you excel professionally and in relationships but feel a quiet disconnection from your true self, this work offers a path back to your inner wisdom.
The Highly Sensitive & Overextended: If you’re constantly striving to meet external expectations, have difficulty saying “no,” or feel drained by constant caregiving, here’s a space to reclaim your needs and nurture self-compassion.
Those Treading Water: If you’ve explored self-help or talk therapy and still feel stuck—whether recovering from betrayal, addiction, or other challenges—somatic coaching can bridge the gap between what you know and what you feel.
Seekers of Embodied Growth: If you’re ready to move beyond conceptual self-improvement and tap into a deeper, body-based way of knowing, this work supports you in untangling inner conflicts and rebuilding self-trust.
Individuals Seeking Genuine Transformation: Whether you’re facing a major life transition, creative block, or simply yearning for more personal clarity, this journey is designed to empower you to align with your authentic self.
This space is a welcoming container for anyone ready to honor their inner truth and embrace a more vibrant, connected way of being.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
A. Each session lasts about 50–60 minutes. We begin with a 10–15 minute "landing" period, where you bring forward anything that’s alive within you and set an intention for our time together. During this phase, we discuss and agree on techniques that feel supportive for your embodied inquiry—sometimes guided by a grounding exercise to gently soften the mind and help you reconnect with your body.
From there, the session unfolds organically. We might explore areas where you feel activated, letting your inner truth surface naturally through your breath, movement, sound, or even quiet presence. I draw from a range of techniques, always tuned to the moment and to what you bring. Even if it feels unfamiliar or a bit uncomfortable at first to truly listen to your body, trust in its natural process. Over time, you’ll develop a deeper attunement to your inner wisdom.
In the final 5–10 minutes, we gently transition back to everyday awareness—checking in on how you feel as we wrap up our session. Every step of the way, I meet you exactly where you are, respecting the rhythm and pace of your inner process.. A. All you need is a stable internet connection, a working microphone and camera, and a quiet, safe space where you feel comfortable. If you have room to move, that’s a bonus! Just please ensure you’re not driving or in any unsafe situation during our time together.
-
A: Traditional coaching often focuses on thoughts and behaviors from an intellectual standpoint. Somatic body-oriented coaching brings your body into the conversation—helping you tap into your physical sensations, the subtle signals that offer deep insight. This way, the change isn’t just something you think about—it’s something you feel and live.
-
A. I help you:
Tune into your body’s sensations so you can truly understand what you’re feeling.
Explore how your body and mind are connected to uncover new insights.
Practice somatic tools and mindfulness to manage stress and build resilience.
Unlock your creativity and express your authentic self.
Release stored tension and patterns that no longer serve you, opening the door to real, lasting change.

A. I’m not a therapist or a doctor—I don’t diagnose or treat mental health or medical conditions. I won’t force decisions or take over your life. Your agency is sacred. I’m here to support you and guide you, but ultimately, the choices and growth come from within you.
In order to feel how to be in your body you must feel your body. Which can be challenging for some and easy for others.
Moving toward a more embodied way of being often brings up old pain and past traumas—whether large or small—that have made it hard to fully reside in your body. Together, we gently work at your own pace, through these layers so that you can rediscover a body that not only holds your present but also supports the future you’re creating.
-
A. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer here. Many coaching relationships last 6 to 12 months, but it really depends on your personal journey and goals. We’ll decide together what feels right, and you always remain in control of your process.
-
I couldn’t quite condense this into a relatively short answer so I wrote a blog about it— Understanding The Coaching Journey
-
A. Our work together is built on trust and mutual benefit. If you ever feel that coaching isn’t serving you, we can pause or end our sessions. For subscribers, we’ll have a termination call to ensure we part ways on good terms, no hard feelings.
-
A. Coaching is forward-focused—it’s about tapping into your potential and taking action now. Therapy digs into your past to help you heal and understand deeper emotional layers. Both are valuable, but coaching is about helping you create the future you want by harnessing the insights you already have.

✺ important to know ✺
Somatic body-oriented coaching is a non-clinical, body-centered approach designed to help you reconnect with your innate aliveness and grounding. In our work together, we explore how you inhabit your body—enabling you to feel more fully alive and present. Although I don’t actively work to release trauma, it’s not uncommon for old pain or past traumas to surface as you move toward a more embodied way of being. When that happens, we gently work through those layers in the present moment so you can rediscover a body that holds your current experience and supports the future you’re creating.
I am a trauma-sensitive and trauma-informed practitioner. While my work serves as a powerful complement to clinical support, it is not a substitute for professional trauma therapy or medical care. My role is to help you become a larger container for yourself—a safe space where you can welcome more life, hold more for yourself and others, and ultimately step into the world in alignment with the life you choose.
