At its core, each session is a dynamic, collaborative conversation. You bring a current issue, a topic of exploration, or even a creative vision, and I support you with open, exploratory questions. This dialogue isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about deepening your awareness of what’s happening inside you at the present moment. Together, we work to dissolve the barriers between your inner world and the life you’re meant to live.

Tuning into the Body’s Wisdom
Unlike conventional methods that focus solely on cognitive insights or mindfulness, this process encourages you to tap into your body’s wisdom. Early in our session, we begin with a gentle landing period of about 10-15 minutes where you set an intention for our time together. I might guide you through a grounding exercise to help you connect with your physical sensations. As the session unfolds, you’re invited to notice the “felt sense”—that subtle, sometimes hard-to-name inner knowing that arises as physical sensations. Each 50-60 minute session follows the rhythm of your inner process, meeting you exactly where you are and supporting you as you rediscover hidden strengths, release old conditioning, and move confidently toward a more authentic, balanced life.
