WHO CAN ATTEND?

At Transformative Tides, our drop-in classes are intentionally kept intimate with a maximum of 12 students, ensuring a safe, supportive environment. These sessions are open to current, past, and future clients—anyone seeking a nurturing space to enhance embodied self-awareness. Got kids, parents, pets, plants, or friends joining? No worries—they’re all welcome!

While these drop-in classes are open to anyone, I ask that you honor our community agreements while attending.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

This is an hour of our time offered as a PWYW (pay-what-you-wish) donation to support my work. I believe body-centered practices should be available to anyone who needs them, regardless of budget. Your donation helps me keep these services accessible—thank you!
