Choosing the right one-on-one container
When you want clarity—without advice
Somatic-Oriented Coaching
This container is for people who are already self-aware and want structured inquiry rather than strategies or prescriptions.
-
Exploring a decision, pattern, or transition
Curious about how your body participates in meaning-making
Willing to stay with experience without rushing to resolve it
What this offers:
A structured, consent-led reflective partnership. Tools for noticing and tracking internal signals and patterns. Flexible formats: a single focused session or an ongoing inquiry relationship. We can begin with a 30-minute call to clarify what you're looking for and whether a one-time session or ongoing partnership makes sense.
A single, ceremonial act of being witnessed
Poetic Listening Sessions
You speak. I listen. You receive a poem reflecting your language, cadence, and emotional tone.
-
Marking a transition or threshold
Wanting to be witnessed without interpretation or coaching
Seeking a tangible artifact to return to later
What this offers:
Deep listening followed by a custom poem + reflective note. A contained relational encounter with no follow-up expectations. These sessions are trained through the Good Listening Project and offered here within this practice's relational framework.
How somatic-oriented coaching works
This is a reflective partnership. You bring experience. I provide structure and inquiry. You interpret meaning.
Sessions slow the process and thresholds that are often bypassed.
Core Agreements
Participation is consent-based and self-paced
Reflections are offered without assigning meaning
You remain the authority on your experience
The aim is to build the capacity to notice and navigate internal experience in real time.

Location: Online (Zoom)
Duration: 60-minute sessionSession Structure
We begin by settling into the space. You bring forward whatever feels alive—a specific situation, a creative vision, or a tension that's hard to name. From there, the session follows what's present rather than a predetermined agenda.
This might include:
Noticing physical sensations as you speak
Gentle somatic experiments (movement, breath, body scans)
Reflective inquiry that slows down automatic responses
Moments of silence or pause to let insights land
Sessions close with time to integrate and reorient before returning to your day.
How Poetic Listening sessions works
This is a single, contained act of witnessing, resulting in a custom poem. It is not coaching, therapy, or interpretation.
We meet for a brief conversation. You may arrive with something specific, or we can begin gently together. You speak freely; I listen without agenda.
After our session, I compose a custom poem and a brief contextual reflection shaped by the themes and cadence of our time together. Within one week, you receive your poem via email—a tangible record of being witnessed in this moment.

Poetic Listening Session: $100
Sessions can be purchased directly for yourself or as digital gift certificate for someone else.

Location: Online (Zoom)
Duration: 20-minute session + custom poem & reflective note delivery
Poem Delivery: via email within one week of sessionWhat to Expect
Total Agency: You decide what to share. You can come with a specific topic or let me open the space with a question.
No Performance: You don’t need to "speak poetically." The poetry is my job; your job is simply to be present.
A Lasting Record: Unlike a conversation that fades, the poem serves as a tangible anchor you can return to whenever you need to remember what was true in this moment.
Sessions are for individuals only.
Choosing the Right One-on-One Offering
Coaching is an ongoing or one-time reflective partnership.
Poetic Listening is a single, contained act of witnessing.
Neither is better. They serve different moments.
