One-on-one support

Private, non-clinical sessions for reflection, inquiry, and witnessing

Some people come to this work seeking an ongoing reflective partnership.
Others arrive for a single, meaningful act of being witnessed.
Both are welcome here.

Choosing the right one-on-one container

When you want clarity—without advice

Somatic-Oriented Coaching

This container is for people who are already self-aware and want structured inquiry rather than strategies or prescriptions.

A single, ceremonial act of being witnessed

Poetic Listening Sessions

You speak. I listen. You receive a poem reflecting your language, cadence, and emotional tone.

How somatic-oriented coaching works

Driftwood floating in still water, representing the slow-paced structure of a somatic-informed coaching partnership.

This is a reflective partnership. You bring experience. I provide structure and inquiry. You interpret meaning.

Sessions slow the process and thresholds that are often bypassed.

Core Agreements

  • Participation is consent-based and self-paced

  • Reflections are offered without assigning meaning

  • You remain the authority on your experience

The aim is to build the capacity to notice and navigate internal experience in real time.

How Poetic Listening sessions works

A view of ocean waves and a pebble shoreline framed by a wooden window, representing a contained act of poetic witnessing.

This is a single, contained act of witnessing, resulting in a custom poem. It is not coaching, therapy, or interpretation.

We meet for a brief conversation. You may arrive with something specific, or we can begin gently together. You speak freely; I listen without agenda.

After our session, I compose a custom poem and a brief contextual reflection shaped by the themes and cadence of our time together. Within one week, you receive your poem via email—a tangible record of being witnessed in this moment.

Choosing the Right One-on-One Offering

Coaching is an ongoing or one-time reflective partnership.
Poetic Listening is a single, contained act of witnessing.

Neither is better. They serve different moments.
