Workplace & Community Sound BATH Sessions
Facilitated sound experiences for teams, organizations, and community groups
In-person offerings in the Greater Saint Louis Area
Transformative Tides offers professionally facilitated sound bath environments designed for workplace and community settings.
Sessions create a brief, structured pause where participants may rest, listen, or step away from performance pressure for a short time.
The work is invitation-based and consent-centered. Participants may choose how they engage.
What Happens during a session?
Live instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, and low-frequency resonance tones, create a steady listening environment.
Participants may sit, rest, or simply listen. No discussion, preparation, or special attire is required.
Sessions are time-bound and professionally contained.
Professional and general liability coverage: $2M per occurrence / $3M aggregate
